Hey, just wanted to let you all know, I'm the PD of a web radio station that went online this week called Internet Public Radio. There are some ambient tracks including Sigur Ros, Godspeed You Black Emperor! and Rachels.

We broadcast at 32kbs (with FM radio quality), and we're dial-up friendly. (In fact, I listen on dial-up with very little rebuffering.)
